The website only collects personal data when you write to us through the contact form:

• subject of the request, name, organisation (optional), e-mail address and the content of the message;
• the site language used and the date of sending;
• no data is collected through advertising trackers or cookies.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to answer your request and follow it up. The processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box before sending the form.

Recipients

Messages are received by the Neofin Technology teams concerned by your request. They pass through our e-mail delivery provider and our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., which act on our instructions.

Retention

Messages are kept for twelve months after the last exchange, then deleted, unless a legal obligation or a subsequent contractual relationship requires otherwise.

Transfers outside the European Union

The website and messages may be hosted outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by the appropriate safeguards provided for by regulation, in particular standard contractual clauses.
